Baptism, Fish Market, Transfers, Headache!

Elmore Paris' Baptism was today! Family and Branch members...

Ocean baptisms are definitely amazing!

Fish market at Biabou...

Boats used to fish during the day. Motors removed to avoid theft. The sea is always very rough on the Windward side of the Island. The fishermen are skilled seafarers. We bought 4 lbs. of Barracuda. It is delicious!

Reonique Forbes is the young lady who said she wanted President Monson to lower the missionary age for sisters to 19.... and she received her wish two weeks later when President Monson announced it in October Conference! She is serving with Sister Fish until her new companion arrives next week. Neat young women. Her own mission papers are almost completed!

YSA missionary prep activity. The gospel is truly amazing!

Birthday Party and Farewell Luncheon the day before transfers. We lost three of these great missionaries and gained three more!

We see people with loads on their heads quite often. Kathy is probably going to try it...you know how she has to try most everything. I told her I was too heavy for her tiny neck!

  1. I carried a 5 gallon bucket of water on my head when I was a 19 year old study abroad student and Kathy's way tougher than I am. I just want to see pictures of whatever she tries to carry on her head!!
