We visited  Ronique and her family and then she wanted to go home with us. They live up a steep jungle path.

Janeecka loves to pet my hair.

The children love Grandpa Brent!

This is all of the missionaries in the country of St. Vincent! Six Elders, two Sisters and a very OLD couple!

The guns were not pointed out to sea to defend the island from priates or other countries' ships. The cannons were pointed inland to protect the British from the native Caribs!
We are at a 200 year old British Fort Charlotte. Kingstown in background.

We had some incredible experiences visiting members in their homes Sunday...on cliffs and in gullies and with goats on trails and down pours, and raining so hard on tin roofs that you couldn't hear very well, Yet the spirit was still strong and messages were shared. Wow! The people made us feel very welcome. Very humble, sweet people. Sacrament and other meetings were very good. Same spirit, just new brothers and sisters.
I flushed a toilet today and a frog jumped out of the swirling water and latched on to the side to avoid being flushed. He was not intersted in our message! :(

We are in the country of St.Vincent and the Grenadines. We arrived yesterday, September 19, 2012.
There are eleven countries with six languages. Seven countries are English speaking. Fortunately for
us, St. Vincent is one of them!  :0)
